ซีรีย์เรื่อง HEROES ซึ่งเป็นเรื่องเกี่ยวกับคนธรรมดา ๆ กลุ่มหนึ่งที่เพิ่งค้นพบพลังพิเศษของตัวเอง และจะต้องกอบกู้โลก เนื้อเรื่องนี่ทำให้นึกถึง X-men หรือขบวนการจูเรนเจอร์อะไรประมาณนั้น แต่ดูมีมิติตรงที่ว่าดูเป็นคนธรรมดาจริงๆ

ตัวอย่างคนในกลุ่มนี้ก็เช่น ซาลารี่แมนชาวญี่ปุ่นที่หยุดเวลาและเทเลพอร์ตได้ สาวเชียร์ลีดเดอร์ที่ฆ่ายังไงก็ไม่ตาย ตกตึกยังไม่ตายเลย นักธุรกิจหนุ่มที่เพิ่งรู้ว่าตัวเองบินได้ ฯลฯ และก็อีกมากมาย ตอนแรกมาดูนี่ก็ยังไม่รู้โครงเรื่องเลยว่าจะมาเจอกันยังไง แล้วทำไมถึงต้องกู้โลก

การ cast คนมาแสดงของเรื่องนี้ก็คล้าย ๆ LOST คือเน้นหลากหลายเข้าว่า มีหลายเชื้อชาติหลายวัยที่ดูไม่น่าจะจัดเข้าพวกเดียวกันได้เลย แต่นั่นก็ทำให้น่าติดตามขึ้นเยอะจริงๆ
